You name it, I (probably) wrote it. As Head of Copy at Virgin Plus, formerly Virgin Mobile, I wrote everything from radio adverts and apps to training manuals and temporary tattoos in collaboration with software engineers, language translators, graphic designers, architects and, yes, Sir Richard Branson.

 

 

Member Benefits 

The Member Benefits program gives customers exclusive discounts via promo codes and coupons but the redemption process was cumbersome. So, we designed a new website that made redeeming easy and enjoyable.

In-Store

Virgin Mobile stores and kiosks underwent a nation-wide redesign. In collaboration with the architectural and in-store teams , I wrote copy for new signeage, digital posters, training manuals, displays, uniforms, product tags, packaging, and more.

Home Internet

Until 2018, Virgin Plus had been a mobile-only company. After six months of hard work writing everything from campaign copy, technician training manuals, packaging and naming our modem, Steve, Virgin Plus’ Home Internet product was launched and has been going strong ever since.
